The Company received notification today that Mrs Sarah-Jane Gilchrist (wife of Peter Gilchrist, non-executive director) purchased 1500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 333 pence per share on 22 May 2012.

Peter Gilchrist now holds a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 4,150 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.008% of the issued ordinary share capital.
