Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 7 May 2015 of the following transaction by Hans Joachim Schöpf, a non-executive director of the Company, on 29 April 2015, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 835p per share. 

Following this transaction, Hans Joachim Schöpf has no beneficial holding of shares of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The above notifications are intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
