1.  Award of Dividend Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 12 April 2023 it received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the Company's SIP that on 11 April 2023 it awarded an aggregate of 4 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £5.52 per Share on behalf of Martin Starkey, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.

This award related to the "Dividend Share" element of the SIP and reflect the automatic reinvestment in further Shares of dividends received in respect of the relevant individual's SIP shareholdings.

2.  Purchase of Partnership Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan

The Company announces that on 12 April 2023 it also received notification from the Trustee that on 11 April 2023 it purchased an aggregate of 27 Shares in the market at a price of £5.58 per Share on behalf of the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities:
