The Board of Ricardo plc announces that Peter Ward is to step down as a
non-executive Director with effect from 31 March 2005 to pursue his other
business interests. The Board has no current plans to replace him and his
position as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee will be filled from within
the existing non-executive team.
Marcus Beresford, Chairman of Ricardo, commenting on Peter Ward's departure
said:
'Peter has provided continuous support and guidance to the company during six
years on the Board and we wish him every success in the future.'
