Ricardo plc announces today that Jeremy W. Holt will be resigning as a Director
of the Ricardo plc Board and as President of Ricardo, Inc with immediate effect.
Dean Harlow has been appointed as President of Ricardo, Inc. and will become a
member of the Ricardo Inc. Board.
Dean Harlow spent over 20 years with General Motors before running his own
automotive consultancy business in the last year. His last role at GM was
Director, Global Planning in GM's Powertrain Group where he initiated and led
GM's first global hybrid program and a transmission cooperation deal with Ford.
He has substantial Asia experience having lived in China where he led two major
strategic initiatives that resulted in GM becoming #1 in the market. Dean earned
a degree in Electrical Engineering from GMI (now Kettering University) and an
MBA from the University of Michigan.

his service and contribution to Ricardo. Dave Shemmans CEO Ricardo plc added
that while our US business continues to perform to expectations, the Board
believes that the next stage of growth will be best implemented under new
direction. The Board has found an excellent replacement in Dean Harlow and looks
forward to working with him as we continue to drive our Americas business
forward.'
