                               Further re. Claim


Further to the notification of a potential claim outlined in the 2002 Annual
Report & Accounts, Ricardo would like to inform shareholders that the claim has
now been received. The claim relates to work performed seven years ago for a
non-automotive client.  Having now been able to review the particulars of the
claim, the Directors are still of the opinion that the claim will be
successfully defended.
