                       Rightmove plc: Membership Increase


Rightmove plc announces that it has increased the total number of estate agency
offices advertising their properties on the Rightmove.co.uk website by more than
1,000 since the start of the year.

Membership now exceeds 9,700 offices with over 680,000 properties advertised for
sale and to rent at any one time. This represents approximately 70% of all
estate agency offices in the UK, up from 8,573 (62%) at the start of 2006.

The considerable majority of the new offices advertising represent firms with a
single or a handful of offices. However, a number of significant firms that
specialise in the premium end of the market, including Hamptons, Savills and
Knight Frank, have also recently started listing their properties, adding to the
seven largest estate agency groups (those with more than 100 offices each) which
were members of Rightmove prior to 2006.
