Rightmove plc - Transaction in own shares
Rightmove plc ('Rightmove'), the UK's no. 1 property website, announces that on
28 June 2007 it purchased 163,690 of its 1p ordinary shares at a volume weighted
average price paid per share of £6.05p. The highest price paid per share was
£6.05p and the lowest price paid per share was £6.05p. Rightmove purchased these
shares via Numis Securities Limited.
Rightmove has purchased, to date, 1,021,966 of its own shares since announcing a
share buy-back programme on 8 June 2007. The shares purchased have been
transferred into treasury. Following the above purchase, Rightmove holds
1,021,966 shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) at the
date of this announcement is 131,636,052
