for the above company was held at the above registered address on 19th November
1999.

The rate for the Supplementary Capital dividend is 27.6341p per Capital share
payable on 2nd January 2000 to shareholders on the register as at 3rd December
1999.

The rate for the Preference dividend is 5.5p per Preference share payable on 2nd
January 2000 to shareholders on the register as at 3rd December 1999.
