for the above company was held at the registered address on 22nd November 2002.


The rate for the Supplementary Capital dividend is 46.9512p per Capital share
payable on 2nd January 2003 to shareholders on the register as at 6th December
2002.


The rate for the Preference dividend is 5.5p per Preference share payable on 2nd
January 2003 to shareholders on the register as at 6th December 2002.
