for the above company was held at the registered address on 25th November 2003.


The rate for the Supplementary Capital dividend is 49.0976p per Capital share
payable on 2nd January 2004 to shareholders on the register as at 5th December
2003.


The rate for the Preference dividend is 5.5p per Preference share payable on 2nd
January 2004 to shareholders on the register as at 5th December 2003.
