A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 22nd February 2011.

The rate for the Capital dividend is 1.275p per Capital share payable on 31^st March 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 4th March 2011(record Date).

The rate for the Income dividend is 17.00p per Income share payable on 31^st March 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 4th March 2011(record date).

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 24th March 2011.
