A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 21st February 2012.

The rate for the Capital dividend is 1.275p per Capital share payable on 31^st March 2012 to shareholders on the register as at 2nd March 2012(record Date).

The rate for the Income dividend is 17.00p per Income share payable on 31^st March 2012 to shareholders on the register as at 2nd March 2012(record date).

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 20th March 2012.
