Rights and Issues Investment Trust Plc

A Board meeting to consider interim dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 18^th July 2013.

An interim dividend of 9.5p net per income share is payable on 30th September 2013 to shareholders on the register as at 30th August 2013 .

The sum accruing by way of dividend to the Capital shareholders will, in view of the small sum involved, be included in the final dividend.
