A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 13th February 2014.

The rate for the Final Capital dividend is 1.5000p per Capital share payable on 31st March 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 28th February 2014 (record Date).

The rate for the Special Capital dividend is 0.5000p per Capital share payable on 31st March 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 28th February 2014 (record Date).

The rate for the Final Income dividend is 20.50p per Income share payable on 31st March 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 28th February 2014 (record Date).

The rate for the Special Income dividend is 10.00p per Income share payable on 31st March 2014 to shareholders on the register as at 28th February 2014 (record Date).

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 20th March 2014.
