25p Capital Shares 3259.6p (2928.1p at the 31st December 2005)


25p Income Shares 823.3p (751.8p at the 31st December 2005)



The above asset value of the capital shares does not include the supplementary
capital dividend of 44.0000p payable on 2nd January 2007.
