At the 30th April 2008 the unaudited net asset value of the shares in the above company were:

25p Capital Shares          3076.8p    (3342.1p at the 31st December 2007) 

25p Income Shares         778.7p    (851.4p at the 31st December 2007)

The above asset value of the capital shares does not include the supplementary capital dividend of 22.8943p payable on 2nd January 2009.
