At the 31st May 2008 the unaudited net asset value of the shares in the above company were:

25p Capital Shares          3141.8p    (3342.1p at the 31st December 2007) 

25p Income Shares         792.1p    (851.4p at the 31st December 2007)

The above asset value of the capital shares does not include the supplementary capital dividend of 28.6179p payable on 2nd January 2009.
