At the 31st August 2013 the unaudited net asset value of the shares in Rights and Issues Investment Trust Plc were:

25p Capital Shares             4811.7p          (3848.1p at the 31st December 2012)

25p Income Shares              1172.9p          (935.0p at the 31st December 2012)

The above asset value of the capital shares does not include the supplementary capital dividend of 54.55287p payable on 2nd January 2014.
