announcement released 4th July 2001 at 17:51 under RNS No 3905G.

Mr R Adams' personal holding originally stated in 'Box 4' was incorrectly stated
as 27,440 and should have read 25,164. Following this replacement Mr R Adams
total holding will be 248,765.

All other details remain unchanged.
