Rio Tinto will be holding an investor seminar in New York on 27th November
2001.  The same seminar will be repeated early in December in London and
Sydney. The seminars will cover general strategy and operations as well as
presentations by two of Rio Tinto's product groups, Aluminium and Industrial
Minerals.
