"As I mentioned in my Chairman's Statement, John Elkann has decided not to stand for re-election due to his commitments as Chairman of Fiat and Chairman and Chief Executive of EXOR. I would like to repeat the Board's gratitude to him for his significant contribution over the past four years."
Dividend
"I would like to confirm that, as indicated in my Chairman's Statement, the Company will pay an annual dividend of 4.0p per ordinary share on 19 August, to holders registered on 5 August."
