RIT Capital Partners plc (the "Company") makes the following announcements:

Board Changes

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Jeremy Sillem and Jonathan Sorrell have both decided to step down as non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect due to the increased demands of their respective executive commitments.

Sir James Leigh-Pemberton, Chairman, commented:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank both Jeremy and Jonathan for their significant contributions to the Company."

 

Change in Director's Particulars

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Maggie Fanari, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, is a director of Intercos S.P.A. which was listed on the Milan Stock Exchange on 2 November 2021.
