Loan Facilities

RIT Capital Partners plc has today agreed terms of a US$150 million 364 day revolving credit facility with Calyon.

The revolving credit facility replaces the Company's US$150 million five year Term Loan, which expires today and has been repaid in full.

The new facility will be drawn when required to fund new investment commitments.
