The Company announces that it today posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2016 together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 21 March 2017 at 10.00 am.
