The Company announces that on 30 January 2019 it posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2018 together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 27 February 2019 at 9.30 am.
