The following amendment has been made to the 'Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM' announcement released on 18 February 2016 at 09:26am under RNS No 4593P.

The text "for the year ended 31 September 2015" is incorrect and has been amended to "for the period ended 30 September 2015".

All other details remain unchanged.

Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it yesterday posted to shareholders the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the period ended 30 September 2015 together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 4 March 2016 at 10:30 GMT.

Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office at the above address and will shortly be available on the Company's website: microcap.riverandmercantile.com.
