Directors Share Purchase


On 29th April 2002, Mr. S.J. Wootliff purchased a total of 100,000 (One hundred
thousand) ordinary shares of the company being .73% of the company's ordinary
issued share capital. The transaction was carried out at .09p.

Following this transaction, the aggregate beneficial holding of Mr. and Mrs.
Wootliff will be 2,105,026 shares being 15.27% of the company's issued share
capital.
