Directorate change

Paternoster Resources plc announces that non-executive director Matt Lofgran will be leaving the board with immediate effect in order to spend more time on his other business interests. He has, however, agreed to provide consultancy services to the Company on an ongoing basis, specifically in connection with oil and gas opportunities.

Nicholas Lee, Chairman said

"I would like to thank Matt for his contribution to the development of Paternoster over the last couple of years.  His other business interests are now starting to be more demanding on his time hence his decision to step down from the board but I am pleased that he has agreed to still make himself available to the Company on a consultancy basis.  I wish him well for the future."
