                             HOLDING IN THE COMPANY


The Company has today received notification that as at 20 January 2005 the
holding of Charles Stanley & Co Limited (on behalf of discretionary client
funds) in the Company has increased to 810,440 Ordinary Shares (representing
4.6% of the issued share capital of the Company).  These shares are registered
in the name of Rock Nominees Limited.
