CALDWELL APPOINTS NINASUN CANOPY DISTRIBUTOR FOR U.S.A.

Caldwell Investments P.L.C. announces the appointment of the Contract Furniture
Co. Inc, Redondo Beach, California, as a non exclusive NinaSun canopy
distributor for the U.S.A.


The NinaSun canopy will be launched in the U.S.A. by the Contract Furniture Co.
Inc at the International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show in New York in November
2004.


The U.S.A, with in excess of seven and a half million installed swimming pools
is the world's largest swimming pool market.
