Caldwell Investments P.L.C. are pleased to announce a product development and
supply agreement with 'DIGICAN', a Canadian company with full-time
administrative offices in mainland China.

DIGICAN have an intimate knowledge of the outdoor wooden furniture manufacturing
industry in mainland China and are well placed to handle all Caldwell's product
development, quality, delivery and communication requirements.

In co-operation with DIGICAN, a complete range of attachable NinaSun canopy
outdoor wooden furniture will be developed for sale in the spring/summer 2005
season.   Representative pieces will be shown at the SPOGA Exhibition in Cologne
in September 2004.

This development will enable Caldwell to offer the unique NinaSun canopy/seat
combination direct to the retail as well as to the commercial trade for wooden
outdoor furniture.

In addition, Caldwell will establish it's own NinaSun internet shopping site for
the sale of attachable NinaSun canopy outdoor wooden furniture products direct
to the buying public.
