The Company announces the resignation of Nigel Perryman from his position as a Director of the Company, with effect from 31 May 2024. Nigel had been a Director of the Company since 4 October 2017. Nigel also resigns as a member of the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.
The Company announces the appointment of Joanna Bonnett and Matthew Blake as Directors of the Company, with effect from 1 June 2024. Joanna and Matthew have also been appointed as members of the Group Treasury Committee of The Riverside Group Limited, the Parent of the Company.
