Notice of AGM

London, UK 4 April 2022: Riverstone Credit Opportunities   Income Plc ("RCOI" or the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG, United Kingdom at 2.00 p.m. (BST) on 18 May 2022.

The Board expects that Shareholders should be able to attend the AGM in person. However, given the potential for additional COVID-19 restrictions to be imposed on short notice, the Company urges Shareholders to vote by proxy and to appoint the chairman of the meeting as their proxy for that purpose. The lodging of the Form of Proxy will not prevent you from attending the Annual General Meeting and voting in person if you so wish (subject to the status of any COVID-19 related restrictions on public meetings at the relevant time).

Shareholders should complete the proxy form accompanying the Notice of AGM in accordance with the instructions printed on the proxy form and lodged with Link Group, PXS1,Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL, as soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 2.00 p.m. (BST) on Monday, 16 May 2022. Alternatively, Shareholders may submit proxies electronically not later than 2.00 p.m. (BST) on Monday, 16 May 2022 using the Link Share Portal Service at www.signalshares.com .

The Company will continue to monitor developments, including any regulatory changes as the situation in relation to COVID-19 continues. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to revise the arrangements for the AGM, further announcements will be made and information will be made available on our website at: https://www.riverstonecoi.com/.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM is also available on the Company's website  www.riverstonecoi.com .

A copy of the Notice and Form of Proxy can be inspected at the National Storage Mechanism website at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
