Quarterly Dividend Declaration and Trading Update

The Company is pleased to announce that the distribution for the quarter ending 30 September 2022 of 2.0 cents per share, has been declared by the Directors, payable on 16 December 2022 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 11 November 2022 (ex-distribution date is 10 November 2022).

Reuben Jeffery III, Chairman of RCOI commented:

"We are pleased today to declare RCOI's Q3 distribution of 2.0 cents per share, this is in line with the Company's target.

The strong realised dividend for Q3 was supported by exceptional cash generation activity driven by a supportive market environment for the Company's 100% floating rate portfolio and a robust list of attractive realisations. This meant actual net revenue profit for the quarter comprised $1.8 million or 2.0 cents per share."
