Total Voting Rights
1 June 2020 | Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc ( the "Company") announces, in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that the Company notifies the market that as 31 May 2020 :
· it had 97,342,121 issued ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") admitted to trading. Each Ordinary Share carries the right to one vote in relation to all circumstances at general meetings of the Company; and
· it does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure will be 97,342,121 and may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
