                       RM plc: Annual Information Update


In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, RM sets out below a summary of the
information which has been published or made available to the public during the
period 1 January 2005 to 18 April 2006.

This annual information update is required by and is being made pursuant to
Article 10 of the Prospectus Directive (Prospectus Rule 5.2) and not for any
other purpose. Information is referred to in this update rather than included in
full. The information referred to was up to date at the time it was published;
however, some information may now be out of date.
