Auditor Change
RM plc ("Company") announces that, following a formal competitive and comprehensive tender process led by the Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") as external auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 November 2021. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting.
KPMG LLP will remain the Group's external auditor for the financial year ending 30 November 2020.
The Board of RM would like to thank KPMG LLP for its significant contribution and service as auditor over recent years.
