            RM demonstrates innovation and inspiration at BETT 2007 

RM will have a major presence at BETT 2007, the world's largest educational ICT
exhibition and conference, which opens today at Olympia, London. The Group's six
stands (representing RM, TTS, Softease and Sentinel) will show a wide range of
new and improved products and services. In addition, this year RM is hosting the
'Inspiration Centre' at the nearby Olympia 2 conference centre, providing an
opportunity for visitors to attend seminars, see innovative new technology in
action, or catch up with RM colleagues during the four days of the show.

Analyst and investor briefings

RM will host briefings for investment analysts and institutional investors
during the four days of BETT. These briefings will include product
demonstrations, a visit to the show and a presentation from senior management.
No update on trading will be given.

Commenting on BETT 2007, Tim Pearson, RM's CEO, said:

'The people who attend BETT are educational ICT professionals who lead the way
in adopting new products and services. As always, it's an excellent opportunity
to show them our latest products and services and, just as important, to catch
up with their thinking and ideas. It's the annual meeting point for the
educational ICT community, and it's great to be part of it.

'This year we've added the 'Inspiration Centre'. This is a separate space
alongside the show and gives the attendees the chance to get a more in depth
view of some of the new technologies we're developing - something that isn't
really possible on a trade show stand. At the Inspiration Centre, along with
partners like Intel and Futurelab, we'll be showcasing innovative new approaches
and thinking.

'One of the key technologies on display in the Inspiration Centre is Kaleidos
Learning Platform. With the announcement by Becta of the Learning Platform
Services framework contract, under which RM is an approved supplier, learning
platforms are going to be a talking point at the show and our product
specialists will be on hand to explain how schools can really benefit. With
projects like Glow, which will provide a learning platform for over 800,000
learners and teachers, RM has pioneered this new approach to educational ICT.'

Featured products from the RM Group on show at BETT 2007 include:
• RM Client Connect - An extension to RM's market leading Community
Connect school-wide networking system, supporting Microsoft Windows Vista and
'thin client' systems.

• RM RemoteSafe - A remote online backup service which provides safe and
  sure automated backup for both Microsoft Windows Servers and Capita SIMS
  databases.

• Easiteach Dance Mat - Dance mat support for RM's Easiteach interactive
  whiteboard software, which provides a motivating new way for primary school
  children to interact with ICT.

• Easiteach History - An Easiteach content pack providing a range of
  curriculum-relevant subject interactive whiteboard activities for teaching
  history.

• IntegrisG2 - Extensions to RM's Web-based school management including
  IntegrisG2 Finance and IntegrisG2 Secondary.

• Kaleidos Learning Platform family - RM's established learning platform
  technology, which forms the heart of Glow (the Scottish Schools Digital
  Network).

• RM ONE - The latest versions of RM's educationally differentiated PC
  range will be on show, including the RM Thin One (an even more compact all in
  one PC) and the RM Twin One (a prototype, space saving, two-in-one thin client
  computer).

• RM ecoquiet - An even lower power version of RM's energy saving
  ecoquiet PC will be on display and RM now makes a donation to the Woodland
  Trust's 'Tree for All' campaign for every ecoquiet sold.

• Forvus Local Authority Data Portal - Forvus, RM's specialist data
  management company, will be demonstrating solutions that local authorities use 
  to analyze and act on school performance data.

• Podium podcasting - Softease will be showing its innovative
  classroom-centred podcasting solution for the first time.

• TTS will be showing its growing range of Electric Education products,
  including Tuff-Cam an exciting, low-cost digital video camera for the primary
  classroom.
