                          PDMR Share Option Exercises


RM plc was informed on 19 January 2007 that the following PDMR's had exercised
and sold share options on 19 January 2007 that were granted to them under the RM
plc 1994 Executive Share Option Scheme.

Graeme Dewart exercised options over 16,670 ordinary shares in the Company at
147.5p per share and options over 66,670 ordinary shares in the Company at
163.5p per share and sold 83,340 shares at a price of 201.25p per share.
Following the transaction Graeme Dewart's beneficial holding in the Company is
unchanged at 26,079 shares (representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share
capital).

Russell Govan exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
147.5p per share and sold 25,000 shares at a price of 201.25p per share.
Following the transaction Russell Govan's beneficial holding in the Company is
unchanged at 122,701 shares (representing approximately 0.13% of the issued
share capital).

Ian Todd exercised options over 16,670 ordinary shares in the Company at 147.5p
per share and sold 16,670 shares at a price of 201.25p per share.  Following the
transaction Ian Todd's beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 57,875
shares (representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital).
