RM plc have been notified that on 23 January 2007 Andy Robson (PDMR) exercised
options over 12,000 shares at an exercise price of 144.5p per share and sold
12,000 shares at a price of 203p per share. Following the transaction his
beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 20,020 shares (representing
approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital).
