RM plc have been notified that on 27 February 2008 Andy Robson (PDMR) exercised
options over 10,000 shares at an exercise price of 153.6p per share and sold
10,000 shares at a price of 215.0p per share. Following the transaction his
beneficial holding in the Company is unchanged at 23,550 shares (representing
approximately 0.03% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights
are attached).
