RM plc has been informed that on 5 June 2009 John Leighfield sold 10,000 2p ordinary shares at an average price of 162.029p per share. The proceeds of the sale will be donated to the Hammersmith Academy Trust, the sponsor of a new Academy in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. His beneficial holding now stands at 140,000 2p ordinary shares, which represents 0.15% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
