                          PDMR Share Option Exercises


RM plc was informed on 7 December 2006 that Ian Todd (person discharging
managerial responsibility as described in the 1 July Disclosure Rules) on 7
December 2006 exercised options over 57,619 ordinary shares in the Company at
78.5p per share under the RM plc 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme and sold
40,867 shares at a price of 185p per share.  Following the transaction Ian
Todd's beneficial holding in the Company increased to 57,875 shares
(representing approximately 0.06% of the issued share capital).
