                             PDMR Share Option Award



On 15 June 2007 options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
were granted to Ian Todd (person discharging managerial responsibility) under
the RM plc 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable in
the period 15 June 2010 to 15 June 2017 at a price of 204.5p per share, subject
to the achievement of certain performance conditions.


As a result of this grant, Ian Todd now holds options over a total of 561,252
ordinary shares in the Company.
