RM plc has today been notified that Graeme Dewart (person discharging managerial
responsibility as described in the 1 July Disclosure Rules) sold 12,635 ordinary
2p shares on 6 December 2005 at a price of 155p. Following the transaction
Graeme Dewart's beneficial holding in the company is 18,986 ordinary 2p shares
(representing approximately 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital).
