RM plc has been informed that the following Directors' dealings in shares of the
Company took place today.

Rob Sirs, Group Director - Products & Services bought 12,500 2p ordinary shares
at a price of 125p per share.  His beneficial holding now stands at 71,389 2p
ordinary shares, which represents 0.08% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
