RM plc has been informed that the following Directors' dealings in shares of the
Company took place today.



Tim Pearson, Chief Executive Officer bought 7,500 2p ordinary shares at a price
of 127p per share.  His beneficial holding now stands at 92,184 2p ordinary
shares, which represents 0.103% of the issued share capital of the Company.
