Company took place today.



Tim Pearson, Chief Executive Officer bought 9,442 2p ordinary shares at a price
of 157.5p per share.  His beneficial holding now stands at 101,628 2p ordinary
shares, which represents 0.113% of the issued share capital of the Company.
