RM plc - Directors' Dealings


RM plc has today been informed that on 21 July 2000 the following dealings
in shares of the company by Non Executive Directors took place.

1. Mike Fischer sold 400,000 2p ordinary shares for a consideration of 750p
per share. His beneficial holding now stands at 6,982,190 2p ordinary
shares, which represents 7.48% of the issued share capital of the Company.

2. John Leighfield transferred 4,005 2p ordinary shares to the Worshipful
Company of Information Technologists' Charitable Trust, a registered
charity, and these shares no longer form part of his beneficial holding.
His beneficial holding now stands at 123,000 2p ordinary shares, which
represents 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
